Assistant Manager Trainee- Part Time

Assistant Manager Trainee, Part-time role at Big 5 Sporting Goods. Entry-level position with a defined training program lasting roughly 6–18 months, designed to develop employees for promotion into management. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, recommending products, merchandising and policy compliance, setting promotional signage, stockroom duties, maintaining a clean and stocked sales floor, receiving shipments, opening/closing procedures, training new hires, directing sales and cashier staff, and enforcing inventory control and loss-prevention policies.
