Job Summary
The Part-time Assistant Manager is responsible for customer sales and service, merchandising, answering customer inquiries, and enforcing company policies. Duties include training new associates, directing team members, managing inventory, and participating in store opening and closing procedures. This position requires enthusiastic and sports-minded candidates with customer service backgrounds and effective communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must possess High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Must possess basic organizational and/or applicable math skills
- Must possess effective and demonstrable interactive and communicative skills
