Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service, answer inquiries, and recommend products while maintaining a clean, fully stocked sales floor. Manage merchandise by setting promotional signage, checking stockroom items, receiving shipments, and enforcing loss prevention policies. Assist with store opening and closing procedures, train new associates, and direct sales and cashier teams. Perform inventory control and enforce all company policies. This entry-level role offers a fast-paced environment with a structured training program designed for growth over 6-18 months. Candidates must be 21 or older with strong communication skills and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must possess basic organizational and/or applicable math skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency Exam
- Must be subject to E-Verify upon accepting a position offered
- Light to moderate lifting may be required, with or without reasonable accommodation
