Assistant Manager Trainee- Part Time

Provide excellent customer service, answer inquiries, and recommend products while maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor. Manage store operations by setting promotional signage, receiving shipments, and assisting with opening and closing procedures. Direct sales and cashier associates, train new hires, and enforce loss prevention and company policies. Perform inventory control and additional duties as assigned. This entry-level, part-time role lasts 6-18 months before promotion to higher management positions under a defined training program. Candidates must be 21 or older with strong communication skills and a high school diploma or GED.
