Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service, drive sales, and answer inquiries while recommending products and managing footwear and advertising programs. Direct oversight of store operations includes merchandising, compliance, setting promotional signage, stocking the sales floor, receiving shipments, and managing opening/closing procedures. Train newly hired associates, direct sales and cashier teams, and enforce loss prevention and company policies. This 6-18 month transitory training program prepares candidates for higher management roles under experienced supervision. Candidates must be 21+, possess strong communication skills, and hold a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic organizational and/or applicable math skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency Exam
- Must be subject to E-Verify upon accepting a position offered
- Light to moderate lifting may be required
