Assistant Manager Trainee - Full-time

As an Assistant Manager Trainee at Big 5 Sporting Goods, you will be engaged in the successful operation of the store in the absence of the Store Manager, driving sales, and performing customer service responsibilities. This entry-level, hourly position requires strong customer service skills, basic organizational and math abilities, and the capacity to direct store activities effectively. Responsibilities include overseeing footwear and advertising programs, answering customer inquiries, managing inventory control, coaching employees, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
