Job Summary
The Assistant Manager Trainee position is an entry-level role focused on customer sales and service, driving store performance, and assisting the Store Manager in daily operations. Responsibilities include merchandising compliance, answering customer inquiries, managing promotional signage, coaching staff, and maintaining inventory control. Candidates should be enthusiastic, possess strong customer service skills, and be ready for a fast-paced work environment. A well-defined training program is provided to prepare trainees for management roles.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must possess High School diploma, GED, High School Equivalency, certificated equivalent and/or relevant experience
- Must possess basic organizational and/or applicable math skills
- Must possess effective and demonstrable interactive and communicative skills
