Job Summary
Big 5 Sporting Goods is looking for an energetic, sports-minded individual as an Assistant Manager Trainee. This entry-level position focuses on customer sales and service, directing customers, answering phones, providing product descriptions, suggesting add-on sales, and managing merchandise organization and cleanliness. A strong customer service background is preferred, along with a passion for sports. A structured training program will prepare candidates for advancement into management roles within 6-18 months. Required Qualifications
