Job Summary
The Assistant Manager Trainee is an entry-level role designed to provide training and experience for promotion to management positions. Responsibilities include driving sales, customer service, oversight of store operations, merchandising, and enforcing company policies. Candidates should have a solid customer service background, be enthusiastic about the products, possess effective communication skills, and be at least 21 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
