Job Summary
Entry-level position designed for trainees to gain skills necessary for management in retail operations. Responsibilities include driving sales, overseeing store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, coaching employees, handling customer inquiries, managing merchandise, and enforcing company policies. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic and sports-minded with strong customer service skills. A training program is provided for professional development, with potential for promotion within 6-18 months.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must possess High School diploma, GED, High School Equivalency, certificated equivalent and/or relevant experience
- Must possess basic organizational and/or applicable math skills
- Must possess effective and demonstrable interactive and communicative skills
