Job Summary
This Assistant Manager Trainee position involves gaining knowledge and experience for potential promotion to management. Responsibilities include successfully operating the store in the absence of the Store Manager, driving sales, opening and closing the store, and ensuring customer sales and service. The candidate must be 21 or older, possess a High School diploma or equivalent, and have strong organizational and communication skills. This is an entry-level, hourly position intended to transition to management within 6-18 months.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must possess High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Must possess basic organizational and/or applicable math skills
- Effective interactive and communicative skills
