Assistant Manager Trainee - Full-time

Provide excellent customer service, drive sales, and recommend products while maintaining a clean, fully stocked sales floor. Direct oversight of footwear and advertising programs, manage merchandising and compliance, and enforce loss prevention policies. Perform store opening and closing procedures, receive merchandise shipments, and train newly hired associates. Check and retrieve merchandise from the stockroom as needed, while ensuring inventory control and adherence to all company policies. This entry-level, transitory program lasts 6-18 months before promotion, with flexible scheduling and a training path to higher management.
