Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service, drive sales, and answer inquiries while directing footwear and advertising programs. Manage merchandising, compliance, and promotional signage, ensuring the sales floor remains clean, organized, and fully stocked. Oversee store opening and closing procedures, train new associates, and enforce loss prevention policies. This transitory 6-18 month training program prepares candidates for higher management roles under experienced supervision. Candidates must be 21 or older with strong communication skills and a high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic organizational and/or applicable math skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency Exam
- Must be subject to E-Verify upon accepting a position offered
- Light to moderate lifting may be required
