Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service, drive sales, and recommend products while overseeing footwear and advertising programs. Manage the sales floor by merchandising, enforcing company policies, and maintaining organized, fully stocked displays. Direct store operations through opening and closing procedures, training new associates, and controlling inventory and loss prevention. Answer customer inquiries, retrieve merchandise from the stockroom, and set promotional signage. This entry-level management trainee role lasts 6-18 months with a structured program leading to promotion, offering flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits including education assistance and profit-sharing.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic organizational and/or applicable math skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency Exam
- Must be subject to E-Verify upon accepting a position offered
- Light to moderate lifting may be required
