Assistant Manager Trainee - Full-time

Provide excellent customer service, drive sales, and answer phone calls while recommending products and suggesting add-ons. Direct oversight of footwear and advertising programs, manage merchandising and compliance, and maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked sales floor. Check and retrieve merchandise from the stockroom, receive shipments, and assist with store opening and closing procedures. Train newly hired associates and direct sales and cashier teams throughout the store. Enforce all company policies, including inventory control and loss prevention measures. This entry-level position lasts 6-18 months before promotion to higher management roles under the direction of experienced personnel.
