Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service, drive sales, and recommend products while maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor. Direct oversight of footwear and advertising programs, manage merchandising and compliance of company policies, and enforce loss prevention standards. Perform store opening and closing procedures, receive merchandise shipments, check stockroom inventory, and train newly hired associates. This 6-18 month transitory training program prepares candidates for promotion to higher management positions under experienced supervision. Candidates must be 21 or older with strong communication skills and a high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic organizational and/or applicable math skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency Exam
- Must be subject to E-Verify upon accepting a position offered
- Light to moderate lifting may be required
