Job Summary
Plan, manage, and monitor trade marketing plans across assigned channels to drive client sales; execute in-store promotions and merchandising initiatives; manage trade spend budgets and accruals; consolidate plans from multiple clients into coordinated execution; conduct regular business reviews with clients; analyze market trends and KPI data to optimize trade activities; collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution; provide trade performance reports with actionable insights by channel and product category; ensure adherence to trade marketing processes and tools; support product training programs as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in trade marketing, sales, or distributor environment
