Job Summary
Conduct general supervision by coaching, directing, and training team members to ensure compliance with Tommy's standards and protocols. Collaborate on crew training, performance reviews, disciplinary documentation, and safety certification while resolving customer incidents and media inquiries. Assist in hiring, manage labor costs, oversee schedule changes, and handle cash drawer reconciliation and inventory. Perform Unit Manager duties during absences, supervise equipment maintenance, and ensure staff adherence to food safety and security practices. Complete mandated harassment and restaurant training, including chili preparation and food slicer certification.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 Years of Relevant Experience
- Ability to communicate in English in speaking, reading, and writing
- Successfully complete mandated harassment training and restaurant Assistant Manager training and test; including certification of chili preparation, operations of food slicer and processing equipment
- Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork, along with a willingness to learn
- Demonstrate a high level of quality of work, attendance and appearance
- Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and safety regulations
- Adhere to all local, state and federal laws
