Job Summary
Lead a team of car wash technicians to ensure every vehicle is washed to perfection while managing daily operations, inventory, and finances to stay within budget. Develop and implement new car wash procedures and techniques to improve efficiency and quality, and maintain equipment to ensure peak performance. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure maximum satisfaction and deliver exceptional service. Manage supplies to ensure they are stocked and used correctly. Work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours that may include weekends or holidays.
