Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations by assisting the General Manager with inventory counts, truck orders, and preventative maintenance while ensuring strict adherence to cash control and food safety standards. Direct the team to exceed guest expectations through accurate, fast service and by resolving complaints via guest callbacks. Lead people development by recruiting, interviewing, and orienting new employees, while creating and monitoring schedules to establish a positive culture. Partner with leadership to develop action plans that improve guest metrics and drive profitability. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force frequently to move objects
- Ability to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 50 pounds
- Consistently handles product preparation
Desired Qualifications

- Some understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability
