Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations by performing daily and weekly inventory counts, placing truck orders, and ensuring preventative maintenance of facilities. Direct the team toward meeting KPIs while upholding food safety and brand standards, and handle guest complaints by calling guests back. Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees to establish a positive culture, then monitor schedules to ensure accurate, fast, and friendly service. Requires 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience, P&L interpretation skills, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force frequently to move objects
- Ability to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 50 pounds
- Consistently handles product preparation
