Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations by performing daily and weekly inventory counts, placing truck orders, and ensuring preventative maintenance of facilities and equipment. Direct the team toward common goals while meeting KPIs, uphold food safety and brand standards, and ensure all cash control and security procedures are followed. Recruit, interview, and complete orientation for new employees, create and monitor schedules, and develop servant leaders to exceed guest expectations. Call guests back regarding complaints and partner with the General Manager to improve guest metrics. Requires 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience, ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts, plus the capacity to lift 50 pounds frequently.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force frequently to move objects
- Ability to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 50 pounds
- Consistently handles product preparation
Desired Qualifications

- Some understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability
