Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations by performing inventory counts, ordering supplies, and ensuring preventative maintenance of facilities. Direct the team to meet KPIs, uphold food safety standards, and resolve guest complaints through follow-up calls. Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees while establishing a positive culture. Partner with the General Manager to develop servant leaders and improve guest metrics. Requires 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience, P&L interpretation skills, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force frequently to move objects
- Ability to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 50 pounds
- Consistently handles product preparation
