Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations by conducting daily and weekly inventory counts, placing truck orders, and ensuring preventative maintenance of facilities and equipment. Direct the team to exceed guest expectations through accurate, fast, and friendly service while addressing complaints and maintaining strict cash control and security procedures. Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees to establish a positive culture, then monitor schedules and drive team performance against key metrics. Maintain food safety standards and P&L interpretation to influence profitability. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays to support proper restaurant functioning.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force frequently to move objects
- Ability to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 50 pounds
- Consistently handles product preparation
Desired Qualifications
