Job Summary
Execute and monitor promotional activities, manage store merchandising, and oversee stock control while maintaining a safe working environment for all team members and guests. Lead employee development, provide coaching and mentoring to team members, and drive the success of the restaurant by applying "Guest Obsessed" and "People Power" values. Report to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team, with flexibility ranging from casual, part-time, or full-time hours across various shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Retail or hospitality experience
- A 'Guessed Obsessed' mindset

- High level of energy and a sense of urgency
- A passion for training, coaching and mentoring team members to success
- National Police Check
