Job Summary
Support the General Manager in managing store operations by supervising daily task assignments, training hourly associates, and coordinating work schedules. Ensure a pleasant customer experience by addressing inquiries and complaints while maintaining a clean, well-stocked appearance. Process daily invoices and deposits, conduct periodic inventories, and verify age restrictions for all sales. Adhere to safety, security, and regulatory policies while executing store reports and ensuring profitability. Work alternating shifts with the General Manager, including weekends and holidays, while lifting up to 50 pounds and standing throughout the store environment.

- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform tasks in all areas of the store which may include exposure to the cold while working in the cooler/freezer and while maintaining the parking lot and exterior of the store's perimeter
