Job Summary
Lead and develop a well-rounded team of Sales Associates; train and coach employees on policies and procedures; proactively greet customers and build lasting relationships; sell tile and related products to exceed expectations; learn store and warehouse operations; drive sales by leading with a positive attitude, tracking store goals, and providing timely updates on product delivery; manage schedules and maintain inventory accuracy while upholding The Tile Shop brand and customer service standards; leverage knowledge of installation processes and design to educate customers and support store performance.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail management
- Previous sales experience
- Proven ability to build, develop, and motivate a sales team
- Must have weekend availability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematical and computer skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English
