Job Summary
Build and develop a well-rounded team of Sales Associates by training and coaching employees on policies, procedures, and job duties. Proactively greet customers, sell tile and related products to exceed expectations, and maintain professional standards to protect the brand. Lead by example to achieve sales goals, learn the installation process to educate customers, and track established store sales goals. Develop schedules for Associates and Warehouse Personnel, maintain inventory accuracy, and provide customers with updates on product delivery status. Must have weekend availability and 1+ years of retail management experience with previous sales experience. First year income expected 60-75K at target.
