Job Summary
Manage two or more Post Sports Bar & Grill locations by overseeing store opening and closing procedures, including safe counts, paperwork, and alarm setup. Handle daily shift duties such as bussing tables, running food, and greeting guests while proactively engaging them to ensure satisfaction. Lead staff through developmental and disciplinary meetings, coaching conversations, and conflict resolution to maintain team performance. Complete required administrative tasks like the manager log and uphold restaurant cleanliness standards per Post protocols. Respond timely to inquiries from superiors and team members within a collaborative framework.
