Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations at The Parks Mall, including opening and closing routines, staffing, payroll management, and inventory control. Supervise salesfloor and stockroom activities while driving sales through product knowledge, floorset updates, and styling recommendations. Train and develop non-management staff, manage recruiting and engagement, and analyze reporting to inform business decisions. Operate register and point-of-sale systems to fulfill omnichannel orders, ensuring seamless customer service and brand representation.
