Job Summary
The Lash Lounge is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Salon Manager to focus on customer service, manage a team of Front Desk Associates and Stylists, and drive sales efforts. Candidates should have previous membership sales and management experience, along with a background in managing employees and front desk sales in salon or spa environments. The role requires exceptional customer service skills and computer proficiency, ideally with MindBody Online experience. A college degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred.
