Job Summary
Lead the team to deliver company standards and manage daily operations while supporting the General Manager in creating a welcoming environment for guests. Handle shift operations in a busy, fast-paced setting, conduct administrative tasks including stocktake and ordering, and liaise with Chefs, Management, and Suppliers. Manage accounts and handle occasional sleepovers and guest responses, ensuring the Inn feels like a home away from home. This role encourages leadership, mentorship, and inspiring the team to create impactful results within a multi-award-winning hospitality company located in Ambleside.
