Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager role at Estée Lauder Companies in Pleasant Prairie, WI, responsible for supporting the Store Manager to lead and develop the sales team to meet sales, customer service and operational targets. Required Qualifications
- Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics

- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
