Job Summary
Lead shifts and support General and Deputy Managers in running a buzzing restaurant, ensuring every guest leaves happy while maintaining high standards during busy services. Coach the team, drive performance against brand goals, and ensure safety and compliance are met. Be commercially aware by making smart financial choices that impact the wider business. You will be hands-on, visible on the floor, and confident jumping in wherever needed, from coaching staff to keeping energy high. This 45-hour contract includes quarterly bonuses and Tronc earning opportunities within a lively, fast-paced environment inspired by Latin American culture.
