Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager for The Arts Club Brasserie in Mayfair, London. Lead by example to deliver exceptional service, supervise restaurant team, monitor guest satisfaction, and uphold cleanliness and operations standards. Supports General Manager and Restaurant Manager, assists with recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance development. Ensures strong cross-team communication between front-of-house and kitchen, analyzes operational performance to maximise efficiency and profitability, and maintains health & safety, food hygiene, licensing, and company procedures. Participates in staff meetings and service planning; fosters a warm, personalised experience for members and guests; undertakes duty management and supports broader operational requirements as needed.
