Job Summary
The Assistant Manager is responsible for leasing, marketing, affordable housing program compliance, and resident relations for a 230-unit affordable housing community. This role requires attention to detail to support successful lease-up and daily operations, providing customer service and overseeing property maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation and current auto insurance coverage
- Strong command of the English language
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
Desired Qualifications
- Tax Credit work experience
- Minimum one-year experience in a customer service related industry
- One year apartment leasing experience or a combination of accounting skills/education with customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and sales ability
- Ability to support and contribute to community team
- Competence in MS Office including Word, Excel and MS Outlook and community software
