Job Summary

The Assistant Manager position involves supporting TechnoServe’s India operations with financial budgeting and reporting for various programs. Key responsibilities include project financial management, reviewing budgets versus spends, and coordinating with the grants team for donor compliance. Candidates must have 4-7 years of relevant experience in finance, strong skills in financial reporting and project management, and a Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4-7 years of finance, project costing, financial & business analysis, budgeting, value chain financing and enterprise development
  • Understanding of various kind of financial reporting, MIS, data management, project / proposal management
  • Good experience of financial modelling and ratio analysis
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Experience of project budgeting / costing
