Job Summary
Conduct product quality checks, enforce sanitary practices, and maintain operational standards to ensure consistent food quality and compliance with laws. Oversee employee training, manage conflict, and lead a team while making and publishing weekly schedules. Conduct and send weekly reports to the Regional Manager regarding sales, labor, and store progress. Assist the Store Manager with performance evaluations, monthly meetings, and vendor/inventory ordering to ensure a positive guest experience. Make and publish schedules every week.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of restaurant management experience
- At least 21 years of age
- Commit to working at least 5 days a week
- Full Time (80 hours per pay period)
- Overtime if needed
- Be able to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Manager Serv Safe certification
- Open and flexible availability
