Job Summary
Second level overseas market support (line tickets) and warranty support platform mailbox response within targeted time. Dealer query & claim analysis, validation, and processing (Warranty, RSA, LRSA, EV Battery claims). Query & claim validation: approved / returned / rejected within shortest time. Claims on Paint & Corrosion queries assessed within targeted time. High-cost warranty claim items to be analysed and escalated monthly with proposed countermeasure (e.g. pre-authorisation rule, bulletin etc). Regular reports to be issued before agreed deadline. Warranty claims allocation to responsible manufacturer/supplier. New Model Operation Codes validation & setup in system. Reporting to local and regional level. Educational qualification and experience as stated.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / BE - Mechanical, Automobile, or equivalent with 4-5 years of experience
- Min 3+ years of experience in Warranty Operations with good understanding on dealer warranty process
- Sound experience on data analytics, solution generation and prepare management presentation
- Must have advanced level skill on Microsoft office - Excel (including Pivot Tables and Macros)
