Job Summary
Assistant Manager, Warranty Operations supporting second level overseas market and warranty processes. Responsibilities include dealer warranty query & claim analysis, validation and processing (Warranty, RSA, LRSA, EV Battery claims), determining approved/returned/rejected statuses within targeted time, high-cost warranty claim analysis with proposed countermeasures, regular reporting to local and regional levels, warranty claims allocation to responsible manufacturers/suppliers, and New Model Operation Codes Validation & System setup. Requires experience in warranty operations, data analytics, and strong MS Excel skills; effective communication with overseas dealers and ability to work under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / BE - Mechanical, Automobile, or equivalent with 4-5 years of experience
- Min 3+ years of experience in Warranty Operations with good understanding on dealer warranty process
- Sound experience on data analytics, solution generation and prepare management presentation
- Must have advanced level skill on Microsoft office - Excel (including Pivot Tables and Macros)
