Job Summary
On-site Assistant Manager duties at Capstone Management include overseeing daily financial operations (rent collection, deposits, invoicing, and payable processing), managing resident accounts and delinquencies, enforcing lease terms, processing evictions and move-outs, coordinating with vendors and contractors, supervising on-site operations in the manager's absence, supporting leasing activities including showing apartments and processing applications, and promoting resident satisfaction while maintaining company policies. Requires bilingual ability and tax-credit experience; includes competitive pay and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO).
Required Qualifications
