Job Summary
Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition responsible for end-to-end recruitment from attraction to selection, maintaining a positive candidate experience; lead early careers hiring (interns, graduates, campus events); build and maintain a strong talent pipeline; develop innovative recruitment channels; provide hiring-market insights and employer branding support; contribute to workforce planning and recruitment metrics; capable of working independently with strong organisational and communication skills in English and Chinese; fixed-term contract for 2 years with potential renewal.
Required Qualifications
- Recognised university degree (preferably in HR Management, Business Management or related disciplines)
- Approximately 7-8 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition
- Proven track record of hiring under high volume and short timelines
- Strong campus recruitment experience and university-partnership-building
- Proficiency with multiple recruiting and social media platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing demands
- Exposure to Workday would be an advantage
- Strong teamwork, initiative, and attention to detail
- Strong written and spoken English and Chinese
