Job Summary
Lead and develop the store team in partnership with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience, including orienting Mobile Experts, coaching conversations from customer interactions, and ensuring timely completion of training. Responsibilities include observing and providing feedback on interactions, managing customer wait time, staying current on products and promotions, maintaining store visual displays and adherence to plan-o-gram standards, ensuring team knowledge of store systems and communications, and delivering financial results based on KPIs while controlling expenses and discounts/credits. Requires leadership by example, ongoing development of the team, and active engagement with training and leadership best practices to support Mobile Expert success.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred)
