Job Summary
Assistant Manager role at S&G in Sylvania, OH, responsible for supporting the store manager, leading the store team, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, driving sales, maintaining merchandising standards, and training/empowering staff to deliver customer service excellence. Requires high school diploma or GED, retail/customer service experience, and completion of required training; supervisory experience preferred. Required Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Company systems and technology
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Available to work a variety of shifts including weekends/evenings
