Job Summary
The Assistant Manager will oversee operations at a Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea café, ensuring high-quality preparation of coffee, tea, and espresso drinks to meet standards. Responsibilities include leading a team, meeting sales goals, providing excellent guest service, managing cash handling, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the General Manager with inventory and orders. The role requires food service and sales experience, ability to multi-task, strong customer service skills, and a passion for quality drinks. General Management training and opportunities for advancement are available.
Required Qualifications
- Food service experience.
- Proven sales experience.
- Must enjoy working with people, be able to multi-task, and work in a busy, fast paced environment.
- Must have strong guest service skills, be friendly, accurate, and efficient, enjoy drinking coffee or tea, and be passionate about quality.
- Loves to laugh and work in a positive environment.
- Ability to lift and or move up to 30 lbs.
