Job Summary

Lead and manage a team of highly trained Advisors, Operators, and Attendants to provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced outdoor car wash environment. Role requires a dedicated, customer-focused leader with supervisory experience who can drive sales, maintain safety and cleanliness, and mentor staff. Responsibilities include participating in nationwide and regional sales initiatives, serving as the face of the organization, resolving customer and membership issues, offering training to underperforming employees, recruiting and coaching team members to uphold company values, and ensuring tools and support are in place for new hires.

Required Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of successful supervisory experience
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Ability to lift at least 50lbs.
  • Mobility to be on your feet for long periods
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
  • Capable of working evenings and weekends
  • Carwash experience preferred
  • Bilingual a plus
