Lead a team of car wash technicians to ensure every vehicle is washed to perfection while managing daily operations, inventory, and equipment maintenance. Develop and implement new wash procedures to improve efficiency and quality, and oversee financial management to keep the car wash within budget and profitable. Build strong customer relationships to maximize satisfaction and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. This role offers up to $18 per hour plus performance bonuses and includes opportunities for skill development within an expanding family of brands.
