Assistant Manager - Style

Oversee daily housekeeping, recreation, and laundry operations by managing work assignments, inventorying supplies, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and loss prevention policies. Conduct inspections of guestrooms and public spaces, hold staff accountable for corrective actions, and communicate room statuses to the Front Desk. Handle guest complaints and complaints, review satisfaction results, and supervise staff performance while maintaining the operating budget. Assist in supervising operations in the Director of Services or Housekeeping Manager's absence.
