Job Summary
Lead by example through a customer-driven attitude by providing exceptional service and ensuring each employee delivers an incredible experience. Participate in recruitment efforts, oversee training, and deliver regular feedback. Manage day-to-day operations, delegate effectively to meet daily and weekly deadlines, and control inventory to minimize costs and ensure profitability. Requires minimum two years in retail and one year in management, with a base salary and monthly bonus opportunity. Full group insurance, telemedicine, and discounts are included. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years working in a retail store
