Job Summary
Lead store operations in collaboration with the store manager to oversee daily activities, merchandising, product launches, and driving sales objectives. Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to achieve service and sales goals, engage in off-site promotional events, and provide customers with best-in-class service. The role emphasizes leadership, communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration within AT&T’s retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
- Prior management experience
- Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
- Strategic perspective and ability to champion change
